I have always been told that our stress levels and emotions can interchangeably affect each other, but I had no idea that they could influence our health. Lately I have been pretty stressed out due to finals coming up, but it did not occur to me that they could be causing some of the physical headaches that I have been experiencing as well. With this new understanding I will be keeping a closer eye on my stress levels to do anything that I can to lower them and hopefully making it so that my health is a little better and possibly a little more pleasant to be around which will benefit everybody.
Hey Hank, Good topic. Stress can kill! Life without stress means you are already dead. Learn how to finesse the stress. Not an easy thing to do and it's different for everyone. Good luck! Finding your own path. Thanks.

Emotions is what humans live with, no matter what situation and the worst we deal in our lives, is stress, whether from finance, from education or anything we deal in our lives but to combat these situations, mostly stress, we find what benefits ourselves for a good life but however, we'll still live with it but we must remember who we're dealing with and beat it to prevent a loss in life.
