Yt shorts got me over 900+ subs this past week totaling over 500,000+ views, I really do recommend them if you’re starting out your YouTube channel (in combination with a little bit of Famester). My channel was practically dead for like 7-8 years and it’s just now pulling in subscribers & a community just from yt shorts, so definitely get on that
