Only thing here though is things like xy and black and white has absolutely exploded. I also like wotc But they weren't great sets at the time... Many have gone 1000%+ Many wotc psa 10, particularly unlimited have barely moved or have gone in spikes and dumps. I love wotc and agree with much you're saying, but I do feel that the SV era is actually pretty awesome

Singles are like buying a fancy car that you specifically like. Sealed product is like a house, it's value won't depreciate because theyre no longer producing those cards. As people slowly rip those more singles of specific cards becomes available keeping their price reasonable. But there will be less and less sealed packs by the day.
