Been using this rule for the better part of the summer and the results are astonishing. I have overall more control over myself, my emotions and especially my procrastination. But recently I've hit a block and no longer see results but then I saw your video where you mentioned that counting down requires concentration and then I realized that I've used the rule so many times that now I no longer actually concentrate on it. It's just kinda something I repeat it to myself. So for anyone out there struggling with it, try counting slower and actually focusing on the count down.

I'm listening to the audible.com version of the book, narrated by Mel Robbins. I am thoroughly enjoying it, and more than just the content, but she does a great job with narration. I think people will find it much better than just another self-help book. This one is a keeper. I would recommend it to anyone who is weighed down with self doubt, procrastination, depression and anxiety. I love the way you reviewed the book.
