I started my channel about 4 years ago for my yoga students with all my video unlisted. A little over a year ago, I started publishing my videos for the public and now have almost 600 subscribers. I am still very small of a channel but getting so much enjoyment knowing that I am helping people who have short range of motions, being able to use the options I suggest, that work for them, and personalize their own yoga practice.

I've been on YouTube for 2 1/2 years and just made it to 1k subscribers at the end of July. I create very educational fishing/outdoors content and tutorials. But it seems very difficult to grow in this niche. I put a lot of time and effort into my videos, but sometimes I feel like I'm doing something wrong because growth has been so slow. I will keep creating content and hopefully continue to grow. Good luck everyone!
