W/o Val, Rin can outperform Noa in PVP. Noa's weakness is that his S1 needs Crit to get a follow-up attack. Only in such situations, he will outperform Rin.

Im so disappointed with rin. First her passive on s3 only procs 1 stack everytime you use it and not how many died. Second her multipliers are garbage. I have her 5 star with almost perfect gear. And noa still outperforms her on every way. May it be pvp or pve. Rin is just pure disappointment. Im in high rank arena. And she doesnt do anyting impactful . Ill stick to my leo edith team 🤮

Can you make a video or someone tell me what is the difference between accuracy and effectiveness??? Like valentine decreases enemies priority, so to land this do i need more accuracy or effectiveness on her?
