@ullrich

I used to only use single sleeves, and after playing a bunch I'd notice that the cards would still get dirty which really sucks - especially with foils because the dirt can stick inside the sleeve and scrape the crap out of the foil. I found out about Dragonshield inner sleeves a while back and it has been a game changer. It definitely takes a bit more time to get a deck sleeved up, but it's worth it.

I always had that problem with loading the inner sleeved card into a standard sleeve and came up with a workable method, but the one you showed here looks a lot easier. One minor tip I would add: When you're putting your finger on the card to help slide it into the larger sleeve, do it on the back of the card to avoid putting fingerprints on the front. If you care about that kind of thing

@GreatJmanGaming

ahahah the triple sleeved, bagged duct tape got me.

That said I feel like an idiot I never considered top loading the inner sleeve. Makes perfect sense now. Good vid!

@Toleezu6

Friendly reminder that in the 90s, sleeves were both really bad compared with now and, more impkrtantly, Illegal for tournament play because the terrible sleeves resulted in marked cards due to the lack of quality control in the production process at the time.

@SirZyrion

All the crud built up around the opening at the top of the outer sleeve is why I inner sleeve up and outer sleeve down. That way every time I shuffle or store cards, that junk falls out instead of getting caught between the sleeves and rubbing holes through them like sandpaper.

@MrMirofl

I personally double sleeve, but the shuffling is just better with single sleeves IMO . Great video!

@killerhawks

Many magic the gathering players want to know How do I double sleeve my cards...

@mirror_to70

Great Video! My way to put down the inner-sleeved card: put an unsleeved card behind the inner sleeve a bit higher, then push both (inner-sleeved und unsleeved) card down. When the inner-sleeved card hits the bottom, you can push out the unsleeved card. Works perfectly.

@JakeyEpix

You're not wrong- the air squeeze is the best part. 😊

@maximuscesar

The first time I saw sideloaders I fell in love with them immediately. But now I actually use sealables 🤷🏾‍♂️

@ericm7110

This is a lot more economical than my plan to move into a biodome.

@IAmBPala

Awesome video dude, loved the bit in the beginning that actually sold me on the video haha

@Linkard

Very good video!

@shadowlanderreturns

Magic trick for perfect first-time double-sleeving: sleeve the inner-sleeved card together with an unsleeved card, then remove the unsleeved card. It does the same thing as the finger trick without bending or stretching and also helps squeeze out air.

@SirSpud003

3:57 if you think 15 years is a long time, just play me with my deck in jester sleeves!

@christophernevarez3396

dragonshield resealable inner sleeves..... game changer

@nkling02

I used to play with two decks over the course of four days a week. FYI
I found the only reason you need to replace an inner sleeve is if you riffle or ruffel shuffle, the edges tend to Crack over timeFYI

@keonigarcia7605

You look like Christipher Mcdonald and youre more awesome than him for this video. Highly needed. Highly practical. Just round it and love your channel. To many vid of spending but very few on how to protect the inversion. My hats to you sir.

@johnkiggs108

There are perfect fits that I refer to as "diapers". They have an extra tab of plastic that can slide behind your card and into the perfect fit. Also helps avoid the perfect fit sliding off or air pockets.

@FatherJosephofMomma

I personally like to use Dragon Shields Sealable Perfect Fit Sleeves for my perfect fit. Sure it takes a little added time but I like that little extra protection. I think double sleeving my cards makes shuffling easier.

@natesilvamusic

Awesome video! Played MTG back in the 90s and now coming back for the MTG x FF cards. Question: What brand of outer sleeves would you recommend / are you using in this video? Looking at getting the KMC perfect softs for inner sleeve. Thanks!
