For those who think merged zamasu was not immortal because of the hakai When beerus was saying he can't kill immortals he was contextually implying that it won't work on higher immortals like whis and daishinkahn as well as zeno and the guards. Why it worked on zamasu was because he and goku were on the same level hakai can kill immortals but it only works on weaker or equal foes

It was so goofy how they just had Goku instantly learn how to master super saiyan blue when Vegeta had been trying to do the same the whole time in the Hyperbolic time chamber. They can just never give Vegeta the moment.
