I was never ever a breakfast person. Never felt hunger until lunchtime and I’ve always said lunch is my favorite meal of the day. Now just need to curb my appetite for dinner so I don’t eat after 6 pm. 😊

That is exactly how I did this! I've been doing this for 15 or 20 years. I eased into it because my body needed to adjust gradually. Now I'm at 1 meal a day.

I am 63 years old and find that WHEN I do intermittent fasting of just 2 meals a day with basically no snacks (only coffee with unsweetened macadamia nut milk) - I do lose a few pounds that haven’t moved in a LONG while.

The problem of my maintaining the 2 meals a day and no snacks plan is finding easy quick and easy meals that satiates my appetite till morning or afternoon.  I have erratic sleep patterns mostly don’t really fall asleep till 5:00am.
