Perhaps should make an attempt to 'one' meal instead to more healthiness being! * factually not really into practicing fasting of a kind. But simply to realise the fact suchoken 'less is more' is a much better to go forth! πβοΈππΈπ¬π

Iβve been eating one meal a day for my entire life β¦.. best way to eat !!!! I never eat processed food or fast food and I prepare all my meals β¦.
I was never ever a breakfast person. Never felt hunger until lunchtime and Iβve always said lunch is my favorite meal of the day. Now just need to curb my appetite for dinner so I donβt eat after 6 pm. π

That is exactly how I did this! I've been doing this for 15 or 20 years. I eased into it because my body needed to adjust gradually. Now I'm at 1 meal a day.

I fast a lot because I'm too poor to eat three times a day! Sometimes poverty has its conveniences π€
I am 63 years old and find that WHEN I do intermittent fasting of just 2 meals a day with basically no snacks (only coffee with unsweetened macadamia nut milk) - I do lose a few pounds that havenβt moved in a LONG while. The problem of my maintaining the 2 meals a day and no snacks plan is finding easy quick and easy meals that satiates my appetite till morning or afternoon. I have erratic sleep patterns mostly donβt really fall asleep till 5:00am.
