Yo that 22k xp for a rookie DT that starts as a 72 ovr makes him a 77-78 plus normal progression and finishes the year with 20+ TFLs and 6+ sacks puts him around 80-82 at the end of the year. That stat line in real life gets you a 85+ rating in madden the next year
