Science explains. Religion comforts. The sentence science explains how and religion why is wrong because there is no one religion. Science touches us all the same way. Religions only touch their own followers. No religion can be an explanation.

I dont know why people are hating on this legend. He was a brilliant mind, locked in a failing body. People always say he got in this condition because he '' mocked'' god. First of all, he never mocked god. He doesnt believe in it. How is that even mocking? People are so dumb. And there are millions of atheists. They dont have this disease. I got to know about this legend 2 days ago. I became very interested in his past. Now im even watching all the movies about him. Rest in peace, king.

Religion is so much more than that. We are a social creature with an instinctual purpose to breed. Make more copies of us, as All living creatures do. We can get philosophical as to why that is - that all living creatures exist to breed and make more copies of themselves - whatâs the purpose? Religion homogenizes the social structures of cultures towards their agreed collective goal, using collective moral agreements to folkways and mores and allowing this culture to move ahead, living their lives breeding and making more copies of them selves.

Thatâs just like me saying, my bed n pillows gives me comfort the only way I know that my bed gives me comfort is because I sleep in it and I enjoy it. And feel the comfort that it gives.

Religion persists because itâs the only way we can get an answer to âwhy?â. Science can answer âwhat?â And âhow?â. But not âwhy?â. Because that is a human question. And science describes the world while religion is about how we work.
