"Hey mom, look! I caught an Asshole!" - Ash Ketchum, from Pallet Town

“You’ll never be a Pokémon trainer, Ash!”
And you’ll never be a father Gary!

@kdot4068

Back in the day when your rival was actually a threat.

@ninjaturtlefan2003

Poke balls would be used for kidnapping WAY more than capturing Pokémon

@lumbajackthumbs7755

Ash forgets about Gary and finds the Pokeball a decade later, and Gary is still alive through Poke-tech.

@pedroMiguel0_0

"Ash used kick nuts!"
"It was super affective!"

@roverleifalcazar6784

Ash: you will never be a baby maker Gary

@droctogonbwah9188

There should be a part 2 where Ash is 35, and finally remembers Gary is in the dresser.

@robertfergusson5367

It was decades before that pokeball was found again, turning up in an estate garage sale held by Ash's grandchildren after he had passed. The truth about Gary's sudden disappearance and there never having been a trace of what happened to him suddenly revealed.

@velho3942

Suspended in a constant state of having just been kicked in the balls, Gary found himself unable to move, unable to cry out for help or even to cry in pain. He had been discarded in Ash's room where he would remain for years, the pain never easing up even for a second. It was a constant agony he couldn't even get used to. It was always just as bad as when it first began.

Years became decades and nothing changed, until finally, one day, Ash's grandchild opened up the old drawer and found the by now dusty and faded ball. Curious, the child tried to open it, and Gary was momentarily pulled from his living hell as he could sense a chance of freedom. However, the dusty old ball had ceased to function long ago by now. Unable to open it, the child shrugged and threw it in the trash. No matter where it would end up, nothing and no one would ever be able open it and Gary could only silently curse his fate for the following several thousand years until he simply stopped thinking.

@DigitalPlacebo

Behind the scenes Ash plays PalWorld

Ash: Yes, DIRECTLY! >:)
