Couldn't agree more with #1. Procrastination will kill your productivity and it's always better to be ahead with your plans for the coming weeks. More of this, please!
This is very helpful Brett. Thank you. Another thing I like to do to improve my productivity is to take intentional breaks. For example every 30min I mindfully walk away for 5min. It really helps with my focus. And also encourages me to take it easy on myself ππ½
Really apreciate it. What I do is doing the same things every morning. I'm gona try meditation so let's see what happens...
You rock man. Joining the NFT Academy was a great decision π
Iβve recently started using the Pomodoro method to crush work efficiently. Basically itβs full focus work for 25 min, then a quick break for 5 min. After 2 hours of work you take a longer break (around 20 min). You can def play with these intervals as well like 45 min of work then a 5 min break. The key is to just fully focus on a task, and then reward yourself with a short break when youβre done/made good progress. That way you trick your brain into associating good work/progress with a reward and youβre more incentivized internally to work efficiently and productively
Creating a to do list also helps a lot
π π millions thanks Brett and team incredible fantastic amazing epic praises god bless all the best πππ―
You have to share videos about productivity because all the Nft project are dying
Such a great message Brett! π I know I and so many others had to learn the hard way. Even if you just start with a planned routine to start your day, you will start to see improvements in productivity. I think it is also about building up new habits so it become second nature, the more it becomes habit (muscle memory so to speak) the less you waste mental resources on it. Also, building new habits is hard, (especially when you get my age .. lol) so don't get discouraged if you fall off the plan wagon once in a while, or if unforeseen things pop up (I have a 5 year old and so plans do get disrupted ... lol ), just keep at it and tweek the routine and adapt. I still struggle with it, but keeping at it.
Love this man! Thanks so much for sharing all of this info and everything you know about the Web3 space! This stuff excites me to the core and I wanna make some awesome things to benefit the people of the future!
π loving the new content brudda
Meditation is the only time the voices go away

Good video but you've got to be kidding recommending eating a bag of chips as a side dish to your 18-year-old self... You would have a hard time finding any worse food than that.
