@rudydev4046

16 gb of ram and 256 GB ssd is not a robbery, it's an entire heist

@KrispyChurro

If you’re a college student this is THE best laptop to get at the moment. Heck even if you aren’t in college and do basic computer stuff, this is more than enough.

@Minutes_Man

“Under $1000” it’s $999. Like your technically right but with taxes it’s gonna be like $1060

@gabrielkessler6166

I have a 2014 mac book air I use as a backup. SOMEHOW IT'S STILL ALIVE

@GoIdenbroke

Can confirm, my M1 air is still a monster in 2025.

@FoodFor1000

Ok but buy it and use it to make a thug shaker video

@marzuXC

Video is a lot smoother.
Looks fricking good

@musicsucks2911

I was mad at myself that I just bought an m3 air during Black Friday for$800 instead of waiting for the M4. But the M3 is just incredible and the M4 is such a minor upgrade. I probably wouldn’t notice any difference because I do such light work on my laptop

@AAWIGEH

Good luck with those storage upgrades 😂

@RyderPrintsStuff

i have a macbook pro from 2012
 and it’s running alright for 13 years

@_alanlyc_

Realistically you will want the 512gb (which also gives you 2 extra gpu cores) at $1200 but hey at least you don’t have to upgrade the RAM now

@a_a7287

Bruh people in the comments saying to buy a gaming laptop are straight up not the target audience for MacBooks. For one, this is for those who don’t want a bulky, overheating, loud laptop that runs out of battery in 3 hours.

I’ve got a $700 M1 MacBook Air for all my productive tasks and $350 Xbox series X for gaming. Pretty much best of both worlds for the same price as a good gaming laptop without the compromises.

@tdrg_

It’s not same price, it’s $100 cheaper

@Gnunog

Ok, in terms of features, the best balance is ASUS ZenBook 14 OLED, for a 2-in-1 touchscreen with a pen it's Lenovo Yoga 7, and for the highest performance, it's Lenovo Legion 5 (RTX 4060).

@BenGKaiser

I can not agree more. I don't even want to review the new M4 because it's so good, but so boring.
