Mushroom Hunting in the Forest of Pacific Northwest - Foraging Oyster Mushrooms in February and more

Come along on this winter mushroom foray to see what wild mushrooms we can find in the forests of the Pacific Northwest. This week I was shocked to find my first Oyster Mushrooms of the year in mid February! Whether you're in Washington State or neighboring regions of the PNW (mushroom hunting Oregon California British Columbia or Vancouver Island), keep your eyes peeled for an early arrival this year of some of our favorite Spring Mushrooms!
