Red Dead Redemption 2 - Hunting Two Panther with bait

Just You can go in that area and catch it when it appears,
but I need a bait because of the Animal Study Trophy zoologist
1st one is panther. 2nd is Florida Panther.
The first panther hunting video was skipped for about a minute.
