Our favorite restaurant in Paris is Bouillon Pigalle. It is the Montmartre neighborhood and has the best red wine and classic French dishes like beef bourguignon all at an affordable price. Bouillons have been making a return in Paris because the serve tasty food at really good prices. There was a line the day we visited, but it moved fast and it was well worth the wait. Our only regret is that we didn't dine at Bouillon Pigalle more.
