Some Constructive Criticism on Penny's Big Breakaway.

I love Penny's Big Breakaway. But I didn't at first. And a lot of the people I talked to - even other Sonic fans! - didn't seem that keen either. The game has some teething issues that almost turned me away, and I wanted to shine a spotlight on them (before gushing about how great it is anyway).
