Contrast in life is the key to meaning and purpose

We need contrast in our lives. Contrast means that there our lives are different that today is different than tomorrow. It creates the ups and downs in life, and it allows us to grow.

What if there was no contrast? Life would be a singular tone. We wouldn't be able to distinguish between anyone or anything. Contrast gives our lives meaning. A purpose to life.
