Today Iโm showing you guys how to crochet a whimsical poncho that can easily be adapted for many different aesthetics (AND itโs extremely beginner friendly - the pattern repeats itself throughout the entire piece!). I used a variety of secondhand, merino wool, and sequin yarns to create my three different ponchos. I would estimate that it takes about 650 yards of yarn to make just the poncho, not including the tassels. But that of course depends upon the weight of yarn that youโre choosing.
