Reef tank water testing

My corals are dying AGAIN!!!!

Approx 3 weeks after sump change And I am noticing many corals I’m going south.
I have just done a Triton lab test and according to it almost everything is okay. The lithium it seems to be the biggest problem but would that cause my corals to go in South?
