Making Strawberry Freezer Jam - So Easy!!

Making freezer jam is just so easy! Anyone who says they can't successfully preserve food needs to try freezer jam and then they will be satisfied. A single batch takes maybe 30 minutes to make. The recipe is inside the pectin box (at least for Sure-Jell pectin it is, I don't know about other brands). You don't have to limit yourself to strawberry, there are so many other flavors of jam you can do.

In this video, I tried both liquid pectin and powdered pectin. The liquid was definitely easier but required lemon juice. The powdered pectin did not require lemon juice, but you did have to boil it with water on the stove for 1 minute. Still, both are relatively simple.
