Don't let your employer take advantage of you. Don't put up with an abusive boss. It is your life, they cant tell you when you need to be at work. Take the vacation you deserve. If they don't like it, they can find someone who wont perform anywhere near as good as you do, and you will find a better, higher paying job with a company and management that appreciate you.
