Basura ang agad na tumambad at tinutukan ni Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso sa unang araw ng kanyang pagbabalik sa puwesto bilang alkalde ng Maynila.

Ayon sa kanya, balak niyang ideklara ang state of health emergency sa lungsod dahil sa lumalalang problema sa basura.
