Just a quick Chanterelle Mushroom Update to let you all know that the Pacific Golden Chanterelle (Cantharellus formosus) is not only still coming up, but is bringing the best flushes that I've seen so far this season in Western Washington. I can't remember ever finding chanterelles like this, this late in the year! Will the chanterelles keep coming through the New Year? We can only hope!
