Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.
After graduating from Kanagawa Prefectural Kibo-ga-oka High School, he graduated from Okayama University School of Dentistry in 1993.
Joined the Department of Conservative Dentistry II (Periodontal Therapy) at the Faculty of Dentistry, Tokyo Medical and Dental University.
Opened the Yoshino Dental Clinic Periodontal Implant Center in 2006.
Established Seikeikai Medical Corporation in 2008.
Received the Japan Society of Laser Dentistry's Outstanding Research Presentation Award in 2008.
Received the Osseointegration Study Club of Japan's Best Presentation Award in 2010.
In 2013, he won the 2nd Award at the Poster Session of the 11th International Symposium of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
In 2014, he established an internal medicine department and changed the name of the clinic to "Seikeikai Clinic Internal Medicine and Dentistry", and became the chairman of the psychiatric hospital, Matsumi Hospital (now Yasaka Memorial Hospital) (250 beds), a medical corporation of Jujikai.
In April 2017, he became the chairman of Ichinomiya Onsen Hospital, a medical corporation of Tokakai. In June of the same year, he became the director of Seikeikai Clinic Ginza, a medical corporation of Seikeikai.
In December 2021, he became the co-chair of the House of Councillors Party and the head of the second branch of the House of Councillors Party's national proportional representation district. He ran in the 26th regular election for the House of Councillors held on July 10, 2022, but lost. After the election, he resigned as the co-chair of the House of Councillors Party and became an external advisor to the party.
November 2022: Appointed director of Ginza Eldia Clinic, a medical corporation run by Ikuei-kai.
April 2023: Ran for the Osaka Prefectural Governor election but lost. In October of the same year, he resigned as an external advisor to the party and then left the party.
On October 17, 2024, he founded the political group "Nihon Seishinkai" and became its leader. He is working energetically to build a Japan that will prosper forever, facing the people and the nation with "sincerity, truth, and respect."
